So grateful to be able to capture some beautiful moments at a workshop organized by Film Forward about Black Hair on Set on March 12th 2023 at MACA in Amsterdam.

Exactly a week ago I made my first balloon animal. A dog. A good one. For a first attempt anyways. It felt strange to be in a space so far away from my daily realities of holding space for stories of trauma, fear and running for safety. It was different. And yet so familiar. This space and those people - I have realized I have spent 23 years in youth work, lifelong learning and non formal education. Maybe scary. Maybe inspiring. Maybe a little bit like folding air…

Reflecting on the workshop I held in Rotterdam this week for the lecturers of Hogeschool Rotterdam. Really happy that gender is also a language that we are developing to make the world more inclusive, connected and inspiring.

Sharing my life experiences and achievements with three groups of students at UWC Maastricht this week.

It’s never too late to learn and study. In past year I have studied in two universities - MIT and Open University. Very different experiences and very different insights.

Tone of voice is not what you say but how you say it. This encompasses not only the words you choose but their order, rhythm and pace. Rather confusingly, when seen in business and marketing, the phrase ‘tone of voice” refers to written — rather than spoken — words.
Making sure your message is clear and easily understood by your audience is imperative in any business.

From 12th to 14th of October 2021, we were part of the project WOMAN project: Working On Mastering Adult Nonviolenza (n. 2019-1-IT02-KA204-063155). Partners from Spain, the United Kingdom, Poland and the Netherlands met in Trani, small town in South Italian region of Puglia.

I must admit, this is not the first time I was published but this was the first time my digital artwork was published and somehow it does feel like a really first time.
