What’s one thing you hope people remember after hearing your story?

You are worthy of all the love in the universe. No matter what you’ve done, what you’ve lost, or how far you’ve fallen, that truth never changes.

When I died, I was the kind of person people give up on. I was a drug addict, a prostitute, a thief, a liar, a manipulator. I had hurt people because I had been hurt. I was the villain in other people’s stories. But when I crossed over, none of that mattered. Not one ounce of it.

I wasn’t met with judgment or punishment. I was met with Love so vast and unconditional it dissolved every lie I’d ever believed about being unworthy. I saw that even my darkest choices were part of a greater story of learning, growth, and remembering who I really am—a spark of the divine.

There’s no cosmic scoreboard keeping track of your failures. There’s only an endless invitation to return to love. Transformation doesn’t come from guilt or shame. It comes from mercy.

If someone remembers one thing from my story, I hope it’s this: you are not beyond saving. You are not beyond healing. You are not beyond love. The moment you surrender, grace rushes in to meet you. So let go, let God, and live your biggest, baddest, boldest life. The chances of your existence are a fucking miracle, act like it.

About Betty:

Betty Guadagno is a transformation coach, writer, and spiritual teacher whose life has been shaped by trauma, addiction, and a near-death-like experience that sparked a profound awakening. She survived years of substance use, prostitution, and the devastating loss of both her parents, who died together in a suicide pact. Her path to healing didn’t happen all at once. It was messy, imperfect, and sacred every step of the way.

Today, Betty lives a life led by service. She supports others in releasing fear, shame, and guilt so they can step into radical honesty and spiritual alignment. She is the cofounder of The Wheel: Transformation in Motion, a community rooted in growth, connection, and truth. Her journey is proof that we don't have to be polished to be powerful, and even when we fall apart, we are still worthy of rising.
